The process
First, our promoter team works with the producers from the beginning of the harvest until their collection during the first quarter of the year, working as a team to achieve the quality assured to our customers.
Then, through the technology of color selection, the darker colored grains are discarded obtaining a uniform green color crop.
At the end, the production is bagged in 50kg bags that are ready for shipment to the port.
We move our grains to our cleaning and packing center, where we ensure the desired quality.
Upon reaching the processing center, the grains go through a sieving process where at least 99% of the impurities such as stones, mud, earth, etc. are extracted.
Our marketing season starts in the month of February and ends in the month of August of each year.
